We had a deep scratch in the middle of our wood floor due to the slide under the sofa leg breaking and the center nail being exposed. Chicagoland Flooring (773-775-8577) repaired this so you can't even see it! They were very prompt and courteous. They handle most of the contact by email, which I liked.
