What a building could do is, for free, add a personalized Loan Home link to their sales page, and offer it as a benefit to existing owners looking to refi or prospects. The condo would get paid each time a loan closes, based on a sliding scale. The prospect gets paid as well, which is unheard of.

The prospect receives $800 
The Assn receives $440
So 25 loans = $11,000 for the Assn
