Hi, we have 2 Board members who are now taking on sole decision making, under their own initiative.

We've had some apathy in the general community and among other Board members, but these 2 are now making decisions that affect the entire building, and are not keeping other Board members nor owners apprised of the decisions. Is there something in the laws that require them to communicate with other Board members and owners, and that prohibit them from making decisions affecting all units (20+) between the 2 of them and the property manager, without getting a Board vote? Thanks!

Also - the Board has not sent out minutes to the owners in a very long time. What's the legal requirement on sending out Board mtg minutes to unit owners?
